Are there any compatibility requirements or considerations I should be aware of before purchasing the MyGate lock?

Yes, below are the mentioned requirements:
Make sure that your door's thickness is compatible with the lock selected by you.

• Mygate Lock SE > 30mm
• Mygate Lock Plus > 34mm
• Mygate Lock Pro > 34mm

What warranty coverage do you provide for smart door locks?

Yes, we provide 3 years of warranty on our locks. Additionally, we provide 10 years of service support.

What is your return policy for smart door locks?

We do not offer returns. In case of damaged products or compatibility issues, we will replace your lock with a suitable model. Returns are not supported in other scenarios. If you have any further questions, please email us at devices@mygate.in and our team will assist you.
